If you ever run into an issue where you locked out your local Prism Element account. You may see a failed login screen with the message - Account locked due to too many failed attempts.

SSH into one of your controller VMs and then run:

allssh sudo faillock --user admin --reset

After running the above command for the locked out user, you should be able to log in.
